Corey is a complete idiot! He was seller's agent and when I left him messages to call me back so I could look at a home, he never did. I ended up buying that house that Corey had listed through another agent, but only after Corey had advised his client to lower the price by nearly $10000, without me even asking them to do it! So he lost his client a lot of money because he didn't have the sense to return a few phone calls. Plus he was always late with the paperwork! I would not recommend him as your agent, neither for selling nor for buying! Good luck!

I was interested in buying a property in Yorkton, contacted Corey he returned my call but failed to answer subsequent calls/emails to set up a viewing time. By this time I had contaced another realtor in the area and Corey and the seller had dropped the price of the house by a considerable amount. This means he cost the seller alot of money by not responding to me. All the paperwork I recieved from Corey during the purchase of the property was either incorrect, half missing or the deadline date for signing had passed days ago. He does not deserve a dime of anyone's money! His incompetence may have saved me money but he sure bent the seller over!
