After the difficult decision to sell my farm in 2023 I accepted a job transfer and relocated to the Kawartha’s where I was referred to Crystal by my agent from a different area. I was unfamiliar with the Kawartha’s and purchasing a home as a single woman in a new area was a little scary, to say the least. Crystal is a pleasure to deal with and is an exceptional agent, I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone, wholeheartedly. Throughout the process of finding the perfect house for me, Crystal remained professional at every stage, she explained everything - complicated information made simple - not made to feel stupid for my lack of knowledge. Crystal was always patient, and so easy to work with, so after all the ups, downs, crazy showings, laughs & tears (yes, there were a few) I am so excited to be moving into my new home. If you feel like buying a home is a complicated procedure, you sure aren’t wrong, but with Crystal and her team behind you, you’re in such, capable & caring good hands. She deserves 10 Stars! - Cheryl
