I can’t say enough good about Damian and Aragon team. Amazing experience! Very professional team, highly knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I had a limited budget (like many others) and a long list of requirements and expectations for my new home. I didn’t know neither how the process of buying a new home looks like (as it was my first time) nor didn’t know who I can rely on to give me genuine information. So I decided to start browsing apps (Zillow, Rew, etc.) and visiting places and attending open houses. Very frustrating process as i couldn’t find a reliable agent till finally meet Damian in an open house and the rest is history. One of the things that i loved about team Aragon is that they pledged to work toward my best interest and showed their accountability from the beginning. Such a great way to show that they are trustworthy and then immediately after, they arranged a new home buyers’ session to give me preliminary information that everyone needs to know at the beginning. Then process started smoothly by collecting my requirements and the criteria of the new place. Over a very consistent and dynamic process of visiting different homes the list of my requirements/expectations evolved till I felt confident enough about what I want to buy. I should also mention that I learned a lot over the process as the whole team and Damian are crystal clear about everything. We visited so many places over several months and always Damian patiently studied pros and cons of each place and transparently communicated them to me. (Like he was buying the place for himself) He gave me professional advises about market trends, good opportunities, and more importantly for me the building documents and how it has been maintained by going through the strata documents. Damian’s ability in reading the documents, obtaining the building information and analyzing the documents is impressive! The process continued for almost 5 months because the market was so unstable in last few months of 2021. And finally, after I was almost hopeless to find what I really wanted (because of so many up and downs in the market) his persistency resulted in finding the right place for me (lowest inventory in last 30 years).
