We didn't know if we were going to sell the house and, if so, for a price that we were happy with. Dan showed his commitment to selling the house by having the house well staged, placing the property on numerous websites, scheduling open houses two (sometimes 3) days a week without fail, discussed sound strategy in a collegial manner, offered his professional opinion when necessary, maintained realistic optimism, and was firm and assertive with negotiations. He was with us every step of the way and provided regular feedback on his analysis of listing statistics and market trends. He maintained professionalism through times of stress and frustration. He proved to be a trusted source and was unquestionably on our side when it came to hard decision-making. Overall, I would recommend Dan to any one of my closest family and friends.
