Dan, You continue to text, email and now even mail me letters after I have made it abuntantly clear we will never use you again. This is a second review tailored to your unwanted communication and lack of professionalism. Allow me to be very specific: You are the worst real estate agent I have used. You were entirely greedy and self-interested, and displayed ZERO market acumen. To potential clients, DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE AGENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Reply: Ken from your reviews you have made it abundantly clear that you have buyer's remorse. I am sorry that you lack the maturity and skills required to become a savvy investor. I take pride in relationship-building with current and past clients. My team sent a holiday greeting card that you don't like and now you are bullying me with uncalled-for reviews. After the transaction was closed, you never made an attempt to reach out to me or answered any of my calls. If you get unwanted messages, you do have the option to unsubscribe to my emails. I have already asked my team to remove your and your wife's contact info from our database completely as we deserve better. We have also sent out holiday gifts to all our clients. We are working with a supplier to cancel the holiday gift that is on its way. In case we can't cancel the delivery, please keep the gift as a thank-you for your business. To potential clients: It is very easy for anyone to write bad reviews and tarnish someone's reputation. But in reality, just like everything, every story has two sides. I encourage you to check out reviews from other clients as it speaks to my work and shows my dedication to my clients.
My experience with Dan as a realtor was unique and unexpected. It was a difficult time when the interest rates were quickly rising and the real estate market was stalling, post-COVID19. We didn't know if we were going to sell the house and, if so, for a price that we were happy with. Dan showed his commitment to selling the house by having the house well staged, placing the property on numerous websites, scheduling open houses two (sometimes 3) days a week without fail, discussed sound strategy in a collegial manner, offered his professional opinion when necessary, maintained realistic optimism, and was firm and assertive with negotiations. He was with us every step of the way and provided regular feedback on his analysis of listing statistics and market trends. He maintained professionalism through times of stress and frustration. He proved to be a trusted source and was unquestionably on our side when it came to hard decision-making. Overall, I would recommend Dan to any one of my closest family and friends. Our mortgage broker referred us to realtor Sharon Caetano, who in turn connected us with Dan Mehta. There were slight red flags from the onset but we foolishly continued giving Dan the benefit of the doubt. This was a massive mistake on our part. We do not recommend or endorse Dan Mehta whatsoever. - Alex Pirpamer
