I would like to thank Danny for handling the sale of my condo. As soon as it was listed, offers came in. I think Danny”s knowledge of the real estate market in this area and his advice on preparing and staging the condo resulted in getting such a quick sale of the property. He contacted me by phone a number of years ago, while selling units in this building, to see if I might be interested in putting my condo on the market and, if not, to keep him in mind should I decide to sell. Over the years, he kept in touch by phone and email. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent who will work on their behalf. When I made the decision to sell, Danny was the person I contacted. I am happy I did! - P. Maxwell, Toronto
