That's something that's hard to find in the business of real estate sales. Honesty and integrity are 2 necessary traits I expect from people that work for me, and Darren definitely possesses both!

Darren was very helpful in all aspects both with regards to finding me a property that met my needs conducive to my lifestyle and also with respect to making a decision that was investment smart - he was spot on with regards to the property he suggested - similar units in the same building are already selling for 10% more than what we paid and I just signed off.

Darren sold my 1 bedroom condo when I left Winnipeg. I ended up getting a higher price than i was asking! I would not hesitate to recommend him, and i will definitely use his services if i ever move back to Winnipeg!

I Purchased my first condominium through Darren in the summer of 2012. I found him to be very knowledgable and made the process an easy one. He had financing options available, and a good lawyer available (i ended up using a mtg broker, but did use the lawyer he suggested and was very pleased). The biggest plus of the process was that i did not feel pressured in any way. I appreciated his direct and honest approach! I will definitely consider using him for my next purchase and sale!
Darren just listed and sold my home. seamless efficient process and i got about ten thousand more than my asking price. i would recommend Darren to anyone that is looking for a sincere and NO NONSENSE kind of agent!
