Dave Rempel of Saskatoon Remax is found guilty of misconduct and subsequently reprimanded, fined and disciplined by the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission! Dave Rempel appeared to be in collusion with Kim Fraser, a former realtor with over 30 years experience from Remax of Lloydminster. He unscrupulously listed a property and attempted to sell for 3 months, without notifying and obtaining all owner’s signatures on the listing agreement. Mr Rempel's quote, "I like to ensure that all my clients are treated with the greatest respect and receive the satisfactory results they deserve" is a lie. Mr Rempel, I was one of your clients. His incompetence clearly demonstrated unaccountability, irresponsibility and deception, which undermines the Real Estate profession.
