Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I came all the way from Richmond to look at this property. He didn’t even bother showing up, instead we had to just look around on our own. I did ask most agents to leave a Touchbase if they were calling my cell so I had a record of everyone wanting to show the home. If I did forget, again I am sorry. Reply: You already had an accepted offer! Why waste people's time and continue to do showings? thats just ignorance! Just be honest and tell us that you've got an accepted offer. Literally one hour after we saw the place, we were going to put in an offer and that's when my realtor found out himself that it was off the market. You didn't even bother telling him yourself! That's doing business in bad faith!! If you're overloaded and can't keep track of showings, then that just means you're unorganized; and then to try to invalidate my review by lying to the admin that it's fake?! you're a joke buddy! Hope you've learned a valuable lesson and moving forward, learn to value people's time and f*ck around with it.

The sale of my mother's apartment was a challenge. It was the middle of a dreary winter, an apartment block was being constructed on an adjoining block, the body corporate had advised all owners that expensive works needed to be undertaken to the building and my mother had passed away in the apartment.
