Dean was an incredible realtor. He constantly kept me up to date as to what was happening in the market, and sending properties to look at as soon as they came up. His knowledge of the market, the areas we were looking in was fantastic. Also, his knowledge of construction helped enormously. He was able to pick out any potential problems with a property that we otherwise would not have noticed. This knowledge also helped in showing us what was great about a property's construction.
