We dealt with Debbie Stefan from Cindy's team. Debbie's knowledge and advice for the area we were selling in was right on the mark. The advice we received to stage our house to show like a model home was invaluable generating an offer generating much interest in the first 24 hours. Debbie was proactive in marketing our house to agents and buyers prior to our house being listed. Debbie had our house listed within 5 days of our initial meeting and generated 15+ showings in the first 4 days of which one resulted in the sale of our house. Until the offer was firm we were provided with feedback from the showings and knew there was interested buyers for our property.
