You’ve sold this house more than once in a decade and I would have been another quick sale for you to repeat the process. There are plenty of good reasons why buyers are reselling this house over and over again and I believe you know why. Ive dropped DAK’s name in many social circles and always get the same response, BUYER BEWARE No need to get sucked into DAK’s political correctness drama. If you want a quick sale with little effort then DAK is your agent. Our property square footage is still listed incorrectly. Check her listing site and note the numberous properties incorrectly listed below 200 sqF. Do yourself a favour avoid the frustration and save 20k.....go private.
