I usually never write review, but me and my husband decided to take some time to share the experience. We were using a few agents before while looking for the perfect house and they were willing to sell us anything regardless of whether we liked it or not just to make the commission. They were very pushy and would not show us property for sale by owners. When we found those properties on Realtor.ca they did everything they could to steer us away from them. Then one of my coworkers recommended using Dennis. Not only did he show us homes that match our needs he also went out of his way to show us more expensive houses so that we new we are making the right choice. Overall very professional agent to work with, who does everything to find that perfect house. Hassle free purchase, plus we received some money back from him, which helped us a lot to touch up the place before the move in. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! - Angela Peterson
