We cannot say enough about Derek’s work on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing house. For the purchase he encouraged us to explore options that we had not really considered, and this ended up being the way to go! He professionally guided us through the entire process including the staging services, preparation for the showings, referrals to any services that we have needed, and he even did some of the handyman work himself! He was very professional and guided us through the process making it all go as smooth as possible. Derek heavily advertised our house, hosted many open houses, and was able to finalize the sale on a very timely basis. He worked with us to make sure that he understood our wants and needs from both a monetary and timing perspective and we were very happy with the outcome.
