I worked with Dianne and Joe. Dianne was excellent to work with. I really needed some assistance in narrowing down neighborhoods, within my price point for the amenities/features I wanted. She was able to quickly turn around and schedule appointments, and found me some great options to view. She scheduled things right and made it a really efficient day of viewing places. It was clear she's a really hard worker and really aims to understand what you are looking for. If I didn't like a place, she really wanted me to be honest so she could find the right fit for me. I don't think I could have found these places all on my own especially within a short period of time. - Katherine

I'm writing a review for Dianne even though we actually did not follow through with the process to get a rental (no fault of hers). We were looking for a family home in Newmarket but our plans changed after one month and we decided to stay at our current place. I chose to write a review for Dianne regardless as her professionalism and service was off the charts. She was so helpful and patient throughout. She totally understand why we were not able to move again but we will definitely use her next year when we are ready. - Vlad

Got a rental in Milton in 3 days. Moved from China. Quick process. The landlord made us pay a full year's rent upfront though but apparently this is the normal for new immigrants in some cases. - Kevin

Had some hiccups in the beginning with the first place we applied for. The landlord was being unreasonable with his demands. Dianne tried her best to facilitate but she eventually advised us to look for another option as that landlord was being unreasonable. Dianne helped us with renting when we moved to Toronto. She was extremely helpful. Yes, we had our share of downs, where we like a house and then suddenly it is taken. But, we eventually landed on one that we like. She was always responsive and very quickly. After we moved we had only two days to find a place, I can tell she was working non-stop to guarantee that we get an offer. She would negotiate the renting price for us, even though when we do not ask for that as we were desperate to find a place quickly. She does this despite that I believe her commission is a percentage of the rent that she takes from the owner. - Ahmed

She communicated by email a few times and then simply stop responding. She never answered her phone or replied to text messages. What is a person supposed to think?!?! But what shocks me is that her name is listed as a contact for so many listings. Unbelievable! Never ever would recommend her. - J

After contacting her online, Dianne cancelled our first appointment. After rescheduling the next day, I followed up an hour before we were supposed to meet and she told me the unit was no longer for rent, she had no alternate properties to show. And then became unresponsive when asked to confirm if our meeting was canceled. It's a miracle this woman makes a living / has a job. STAY AWAY. Trust me this seems to be a trend given the other ratings she has on this site. - Ali

I had an appointment with this agent. She didn't show up and she didn't bother answering her phone. Who ever thinks of hiring this agent should think twice because she is not going put enough effort into selling your place.
Dianne was absolutely amazing! First off, she is VERY knowledgeable about the various offerings in the Peel area. It makes a huge difference when your agent knows the rental market very well and also knows exactly what you envision for your living situation. Also, we weren't in Canada most of the time that we were in search of a house. Nevertheless, Dianne was very accommodating with our situation and we were able to view the properties remotely by facetime. - Haniff
