What a wonderful experience it was working with Dimitra. Her passion for helping people shines through every step of the way. Even before listing, her depth of knowledge was invaluable as we prepared our home for sale. She was able to advise on what renovations would give us the greatest sale price for the lowest investment. When it comes to staging a home, she is an absolute wizard. Our house looked like a magazine photo shoot, which drove a lot of traffic for viewings. We had over twenty showings in two days, multiple bully offers, and it sold by the third day.
