Condo Sale in Royal Gardens, Edmonton | Jan 2026
DJ Baum was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped us sell our condo and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free from beginning to end. DJ is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. What I appreciated most was that we always felt like we were getting honest advice rather than simply being told what we wanted to hear. He communicated clearly, kept us informed throughout the process, and was always available when we had questions. DJ is also a great person, which matters when you’re trusting someone with such a significant transaction. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor they can trust. - Katie Welsh
I am so grateful to have chosen DJ as my realtor. He is meticulous to detail and an excellent communicator who worked hard every step of the process to represent my interests. He always went above and beyond for me. His hands on involvement took so much of the stress out of the buying and selling process. I highly recommend him. - Ryan Brow
