DJ Baum was absolutely wonderful to work with. He helped us sell our condo and made the entire process straightforward and stress-free from beginning to end. DJ is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. What I appreciated most was that we always felt like we were getting honest advice rather than simply being told what we wanted to hear. He communicated clearly, kept us informed throughout the process, and was always available when we had questions.
