Dolores is a very nice person who I met when I purchased my house & because I already knew, her felt comfortable with on selling my house. However, if I hadn’t been going through cancer, I doubt that I would have kept her as my agent. There were 4 separate occasions that I actually spent arguing with her on the phone which was witnessed by 3 different people (as I was on speaker phone) who couldn’t believe that that was my agent talking to me that way. Had I listened to her, I would have sold my property for much less. Again, it was easier keeping her on & standing up for myself than hiring another agent with what I was going through healthwise. I believe that if you are selling your house that you should go with someone more in tune with the market. Sorry Dolores, I like you as a person, but your unprofessional conduct with me was appalling & I am only speaking the truth. I wish you had fought as hard for me as other agents fought for their clients - Lori Barnes
