Working with Donna has been an amazing experience, she is professional yet down to earth. Before I listed Donna gave me lots of suggestions in terms of what to do to prepare for the sale, after following her instructions and working with her wonderful team including stager (Dawn), photographer & videographer I barely recognized the house, it looked stunning and got raving reviews from everyone that saw it. From day one Donna was off and running with people in and out the door pretty much everyday until it sold which only took about 17 days from start to all conditions lifted and a sold sign sitting outside, not to mention we got about 99% of asking price. Donna is very knowledgeable and its easy to see she loves her job. One of the things that I really appreciated was that she kept me informed daily on what was going on with viewings and feedback, even when she was busy with her family and had another realtor help her she still gave me a detailed rundown on how the day went. Several times I messaged her at close to 10:30 pm with a question expecting an answer back in the morning but no my answer always came a few minutes later. I always felt Donna was looking after my best interest and not just going through the motions of selling a house.
