Two years ago, Doris Stratoberdha helped me buy my home in West Vancouver, and I'm still grateful for how she handled it. Buying at that price point comes with a lot at stake, and she made the whole process feel calm and well managed from start to finish. Doris knows the West Vancouver market inside and out. She gave me honest, clear advice, never pushed, and always put my interests first. She was responsive and well prepared, and her attention to detail meant there were no surprises along the way. Just as important, she was a pleasure to work with: professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in finding the right fit. Two years later, I'm still just as happy with my home and with the experience. I'd recommend Doris without hesitation to anyone buying or selling on the North Shore. - Bill Betts
