Hired Dwain Bodkin to sell the business. Played games, lied, sent unsigned offers and cancelled the listing before contract was up. Did shabby offers and added things to the offer in a very underhanded sneaky way. - Kevin

Reply:    I want to make something clear about Dwain Bodkin he is a great realtor he goes out of his way. He goes over and above for his clients and for the two of you to sit there and say that this man plays games and is shabby, the ones that are being shabby, are the ones that are putting bad ratings against him and their boyfriend and girlfriend they’re just pissed off and jealous because the gravy train stopped and If anyone that knows Dwain and knows his work ethic he is a good man he stands by his word I would recommend him to anyone Dwain has been a realtor for years and years and he has great reviews We are all supposed to be working together as a team not against each other and that’s what these two are always doing so you keep the great work up and keep doing what you’re doing Dwain you will always have us backing you up we want to thank you for doing what you’re doing 😊

Mr. Bodkin is a great realtor, very professional. He tries his best on doing what is right he works hard for you, but when you have another half that owns part of the property that makes it very hard to sell I give Mr. Bodkin a lot of credit because as of realtor he could have quit months ago instead of putting up with a lot of bullshit from the other half he’s always doing what’s right for both parties. He does a great job. It just sucks that when you have a partnership that the one partner will always put a kibosh to what’s right so if you need a realtor agent, Dwain is your guy he will standby you 100% and he will do his best in selling your place. - Donna

Mr Bodkin is unprofessional and plays games. He had us show the property instead of showing up himself. Used old pictures. His only interest was selling for his profit and not negotiating the sale. "Keep it simple" are is his favorite phrase - Michelle Harding
