Dyllan Prest, What can I say? NOT ENOUGH! This young active and impressive Realtor was the best I have ever met. I have dealt with many realtors in my past and they were, ok but just realtors to help sell or buy my house but the day I found Dyllan convenience me that I will never look for another. I had a very difficult move due to divorce issues etc.. And Dyllan was there all the way. My house was on the market for six months before Dyllan and not much activity. I changed over to Dyllan and within; I think it was 13days I had a sale. He came into action just days after I signed him on and if not for the interruption of my ex- husband Dyllan would have had it sold even sooner. He works FAST and he works HARD. So be serious to have activity, have a showing, an open house etc… This guy is serious at his job, TOTAL PROFESSIONAL work. Though Dyllan works extremely professionally he still gives you so much personal attention. He didn’t just list it and walk away to wait for a bite. He never stopped asking if he could do anything to help throughout the whole process. I always felt like he was there to help. The day of my move was a nightmare because my movers basically left me. Like magic Dyllan was there to help in any way he could. No Don’t expect him to start huffing furniture; that would be ridiculous it didn’t go that way but long story short; believe it or not LOL, he helped as best as he could and not only was he concerned with my move but wanted to be sure that the new buyers; who were not his clients, were taken care of. This Young man is amazing. He has a new inspiring concept on selling and it works. I’d say if you’re in the market now GRAB HIM UP because before we know it this guy is going to be selling MANSIONS in MIAMI. He’s going to go a long way so catch him when you can.
