Edward is great overall! He delivered information that is easy to understand in a fast and effective manner. He answered the phone when we expected him not to and replied to texts right away. He even made time to Zoom with us on a Sunday evening! This shows how dedicated he is to what he refers to as a trust and referral business, he is full value for it. We were glad we were recommended him by a family friend and compared to previous banking experiences, buying a house with Edward simply outshone any other transactions we we were a part of. He kept us updated with progress on our application and told us of other communication between him, our realtor, and the lender.
