WORST agent I have EVER met in my ENTIRE life! He is currently selling my parents home. He did not post the appropriate selling price and ended up "negotiating" for a price of 10, 000$ less, when the price was already discounted for lake of renovations. He lied about the price the home was evaluated at AND the cost of taxes given by the city, and did not fix the price after it being pointed out by US. He advised my parents that HE DOES NOT HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO BE AT ANY VIEWINGS IF THE POTENTIAL BUYERS HAVE AN AGENT. And therefore, left my mother to deal with the agent and clients buy herself for every viewing! This is the first house we have ever sold, and it will certainly be the last. He has not helped in ANYTHING, has never even been to the house, does not provide any information about any of the procedures, what is needed, etc. He demands information to be given IMMEDIATELY and yet doesn't have the common courtesy to be helpful whatsoever with ANYTHING. The only recommendation I'd give this lad is to take a dive into a wood chipper. Rude, unprofessional, irresponsible, does not know how to do his job! I cannot express how irritating, frustrating, INFURIATING this man is. During the time it has taken to sell the house, he has quite literally done absolutely NOTHING. And in case you think this may possibly be just an unsatisfied customer, even another agent we are working with to buy a home said that his behavior is uncalled for, unprofessional, ILLEGAL, unhelpful and completely toxic. This man does not deserve his job. He was recommended to us because he "sells homes quickly". He does. You know why? Because he screws over his clients and does not give a damn about them. HE IS THE BIGGEST PRICK PERSON ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET.
