I was looking to list my rental property and I found Emanuel on Google, and subsequently followed his Instagram account. I found him to be a down to earth family man, which I could relate to, so I contacted him so that we could set up a meeting. Upon our first meeting, Emanuel brought along his sister Elizabeth Buslovich, who is also an experienced real estate agent. They informed me that they work closely together to provide clients the best experience by drawing on each others strengths. We got to know each other for about an hour, which was all I needed to decide that it would be a good fit. Emanuel and Liz offered sound advice pertaining to areas of improvements I should be spending money on prior to listing, and they gave me realistic expectations without making me feel pressured.
