Eric went beyond our expectations, through the whole prosses I feel like we made a lifelong friend. This is the 2nd home I have purchased so I am no expert, shopping around for a real-estate agent I found was more difficult than it should be, a lot of agents we met were not genuine, they seemed like a used car sells man. With way too much cologne and way over dressed, Eric just seemed like a normal person. My wife ended up finding Eric and I was a little skeptical at 1st, he seemed too nice. After a few interactions he ended up growing on me and I felt very comfortable talking with him. We were buying and selling our home at the same time, so this was a very stressful, complicated process, at least for me. This was our nest egg so it was important for us to get it right. Eric kept on top of things and reassured me everything would work out, especially threw the hard times. Once we found a buyer we started shopping for our new home right away, we found one fast and it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, not knowing we were in for a bumpy ride along the way. The seller agreed to a contingence and we were able to get some things repaired with Erics help, it was hard to imagine everything was going to line up, it just seemed way too easy... Turned out it was not so easy after all. Our buyer was out of the country adding a layer of complication, everything was on a short timeline and there were a couple times it did not seem it was going to work out. We were pretty stressed out at times due to some issues, with Erics expertise we got through them, he was able to getting us in our new home even though our buyers’ paperwork was lost in the mail. Also, the seller didn’t fully keep to his word nor did his agent. My wife and I were bit frustrated with them both, we thought we could trust the other agent after he gave my wife his word and a handshake. He promised to make everything right, however he did not and still isn’t… Eric on the other hand stepped up when he didn’t have too and came through making everything right, he even brought his son to help us move due to a very strange situation we found ourselves in. It seemed like one thing after another just kept coming up but Eric is a man of his word and made us feel much better about everything going wrong, after everything we went through I can say I fully trust him. It’s now been over a week in our new home and he continues to checking in on us to make sure everything is good, I will tell everyone looking for an agent to use Eric. With his high integrity, years of experience, friendly positive attitude, I don’t see why I wouldn’t. Thank you so much Eric for all you have done and still do to make this happen for my family!
