Eric is incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and rude. I highly recommend never working with this “agent”. He confirmed a showing for which my family and I drove 2.5 hours to see. Upon arrival, we could not access the property. We called him several times for assistance over the course of an hour and he did not answer his phone. Its been over 24 hours and he has still not acknowledged us or the situation we were in. We contacted his agency and were greeted with a similar level of flippant and disrespectful behaviour from what appears to be his mother. Absolutely terrible service all around and I strongly warn against using this agency. - Dee
