I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ernie on 3 separate occasions now - and each time he has been outstanding. He helped us buy a home back in 2010, then sell a home in 2015, and then buy a home in 2020. He is extremely trustworthy and supportive. He knows the market, readily shares his insights, and always shows respect for his customers. Ernie is a true professional and continues to be my first choice for a Real Estate Agent. - John
My husband Matt and I met Ernie at an open house. We were both very pleased that he showed us around the house without being pushy or over bearing like our experience at a few other open houses. Being first time buyers we were a bit scared of paying too much, buying a home that had lots of repairs and unsure of what areas would be best for us and where the best schools would be for our twins. Ernie was so knowledgeable as we asked him questions, I knew we has found our Realtor. Especially when I looked at my husband and he gave me the nod. We told Ernie our favorite areas and he suggested two other possibilities which we didn't even realize we could afford. Ernie set us up on this portal search which we loved as we could mark the houses we liked with a heart. Any questions we had, he was quick to reply. After picking our 8 favorite homes we let Ernie know and said we could narrow it down to 4 places to save him time. We were amazed when told us why don't we look at all 8 as sometimes the pictures do not show the home properly and agreed to look at 4 one day and the other 4 the next. Thankfully we did because the 2 storey we ended up falling in love with was not in our top 4! Ernie came over to write the offer and showed us other properties that sold recently, explained how the offer stage would go and what each form meant.(Home inspection is very important) We were ready to pay more but after seeing the places that sold, it made sense to come in lower and Ernie negotiated another $7000 off of what Matt and I had decided was fair. This guy has the worst attitude that I know of. Not sure if knows how to be a nice person!Not sure if you want to use this Narcissus. Very depressing to say the least, he makes you feel like your nothing period. - ben
