We are so grateful to have stumbled upon Eva after some frustration with another local realtor. Her local market and renovation knowledge was invaluable as we looked for a home while living in another province. We found we could trust Eva to be our eyes and ears as we couldn't be there to see properties in person. Eva really understood us as buyers. She intuitively aligned with our wants and needs keeping us informed throughout the whole process and going out of her way to make sure we had a much information as possible to make decisions.
