When we were looking for our first house we had some serious credit issues we thought would be too bad to get a decent mortgage. Faye gave us excellent advise on how to fix our ratings and then actually get a mortgage at a better rate than the bank I'd been a member of for over 30yrs! It was quite a process and she was there through it all. Fast forward 4 yrs on renewal date, and there she was again helping us get an even better mortgage rate. Four years later and here I am back again, and she is kindly giving me advice on my next steps.
