She is just terrible. She is not willing to help you. She does not try to listen to you. All she cares about is money in her pocket. As soon as she is done her job she will not assist you in any way. If you call her after you sign everything she needs she will be angry. Do more research on other agents and pick smart. But Florentina is definitely not the one to go for.
