Condo Purchase in Playa Del Carmen | Apr 2026

I bought a 1 bedroom unit in Phase 2 of Distrito Xcalacoco Beach and Frank Ruiz handled the whole process. He knew the development inside out, explained the payment plan clearly and was always available when I had questions. The private beach club access was a big selling point for me and Frank made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. The process was straightforward, 30% at signing and the rest at delivery. No surprises. I would work with Frank again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Playa del Carmen - Esteban Ruiz
