My spouse, our two dogs and I decided to sell our house in Ontario, pack everything that we could fit in two vehicles and a trailer and move across the country to beautiful Cochrane Alberta. What should have been one of the most stressful parts of the move, was made easy by Gabriel. The entire house purchase experience was done virtually because of our work schedules. Gabriel scheduled showings on our behalf, and would take lots of photos and videos of the homes and add personal comments to key areas, or areas of concern. When we were ready to place an offer, he walked us through the Alberta buying process as it was a little different than Ontario, and lined us up with an incredible team of lawyers, and inspectors. Gabriel constantly checked up on us, asked us if there was anything he could do for us or questions he could answer. He even offered to accept the keys on possession and check up on the house every couple of days for our insurance, because we won’t be in Alberta in time for the close. Awesome guy, great to work with, and incredibly professional. Highly recommend Gabriel if you’re buying from out of province. - Ben
