My husband and I decided to take a journey into first time home buying. The road was quite bumpy and we had a lot of doubtful moments if we would ever find our home. Went with one realtor that showed us some homes but would never listen to what we wanted or what was in our price range. He would never communicate with us and it was very frustrating. To another realtor who only shows us one home and never communicated back. This is when my husband and I decided to venture on our own to an open house in Finch!!! When we first met Garrett he was very welcoming answered all our questions and even got us to trust the process again.. kind of we were still sceptical. Even though we did not buy the house we actually gained a realtor we trusted. Although still thoughts in our mind “is he going to be like the others” Oh boy did we win the jock pot. Not only did Garret communicate with us DAILY he listened to what we wanted and knew exactly what price range we were looking for and ASKED us our 5 needs/wants/dreams. With Garett leading the way it didn’t take too long to find our dream home. Everything checked off our list. It’s such a magnificent first home and we are so happy we decided to take the chance on the open house because if we didn’t we would not have found Garret and who knows what house we would have been in. Today we got amazing news that we officially bought our first home and could not be more than happier than today. Garret we thank you and we will be referring you to anyone who is purchasing a home or selling a home. If I could do 10 stars I would!!!! - Katherine Donell
