Unprofessional. Unethical. Dishonest. Garrett frequently forgot about meeting us at a certain time or place forcing us to reschedule or visit him in one of his show homes. We asked that he inquire about a particular lot we were interested in buying, only to find out after signing the contract that he had bought the lot for himself. We asked multiple times to see other homes built by the company he was representing with no follow up. Buyers/sellers beware, I would not trust this guy for either jobs.

As the other poster mentioned, Garrett Parker is unethical in his approach to making his way in the world. A meeting was set up to negotiate the purchase of several of my properties where he then offered me below market value - essentially 'negotiating in bad faith.' Garrett will say anything to position himself favourably while undermining and eroding the value of integrity and honesty. The world certainly doesn't need any more people like this. - Karma Police
