I honestly can't say enough about how great Gemma is! My husband and I had recently found what we wanted to be our forever home but needed to sell our house to make the move. We thought chances were slim with the state of the market at this time but somehow Gemma made it work. (As she did the last time we bought and sold at the same time - we are now repeat clients;) She is so hard working, knowledgeable, on the ball and great at communicating. She is always quick to respond to texts and emails and we love how she took the time to give updates when we had our open houses. She was thoughtful enough to know we were so curious as to how things were going. Gemma is very professional but I also now consider her as a friend. She made me feel calm when things were stressful and kept the hope alive when I wasn't sure if things were going to work out.
