Geoff was a rare find! I hope to buy/ sell a home through him again, and highly recommend him. As someone who has always lived in condos, he helped me through the differences in homes and what to look for, potential concerns, etc. He was very professional, responsive, and patient with me starting thinking I wanted one thing and actually wanting another. He made time, sent me possibilities, and flexed to my changes, while pointing out benefits and drawbacks (eg areas) I hadn’t realized. My whole family really liked him!
