J'ai été très heureuse des services de madame Lavoie. Non seulement elle a vendu notre propriété mais elle a participé aussi à l'achat de notre nouveau Condo. Gina was quite unprofessional in the way she conducted business. He communications were full of errors and spelling mistakes. It was difficult to get her to show up to show our appartment. We accepted an offer which fell through and were extremely dissapointed that she never even asked us if we wanted to take a deposit. She told us that deposits were only so that the agents would get paid - not for the sellers as a non-refundable guarantee. When the contract ended, she made us go pick up the set of keys that we gave her at her office which was 45 minutes away. - Vincent Laithier

Night mare to deal with. Can't even show up to do the visite. I finally sold with my own contact and she didn't want to recongnize this as we agreed on verbally when contract was sign. Terrible agent and not professional what so ever.
