My girlfriend and I saw this house and it wasn't even on MLS yet, called him and when he called back, the first few questions I asked, he didn't know. What year was the house built? I don't know... sometime in the 60's. We saw the house, with our families and he kept interrupting her mom every time she tried to speak. Slicked hair, hawaiian shirt, jewelry galore. He back-ended it and tried to brush it off when we asked about lowering his percentage. (which was higher than what they normally have it at). My girlfriend tried calling him multiple times before the possession date because we needed info on the house for the property insurance, leaving multiple messages and he never tried calling her back. I called him, got a hold of him and he told us all of the same information we already had with rough estimates (when was furnace last replaced? Within the last 10 years....) And finally when he did send the proper info, we saw in his emails with the previous owners, that they had told him before the exact dates. Just all around stressful experience with him. Didn't seem to care about us or making sure that everything was ready and an easy transition. Rude and more of a talker than a listener. - Mike

For anyone looking for a great realtor. KEEP LOOKING!!!! This guy will schmooz you but will always do whatever suits him. When u have an agent you want someone on your side. This yahoo serves himself and would sell his mother if anyone could forgive her for birthing this disaster. What a complete waste of time - Jean

What a joke.

Stray away from this one. Loves to talk about himself and completely disregards concerns, does not give straight answers and ultimately will waste your time. "Many years of experience" with nothing to show for it.

I would never, ever want to deal with Glen Harvey again. My girlfriend and I walked in to a renovated condo open house and absolutely fell in love with the place. At the time we were not really in the market to buy so we didn't have a real estate agent. We loved the place so much we spontaneously decided to buy the next day, so we were kind of stuck using the selling real estate agent as ours as well. Thats where Glen comes in. He was entirely useless. he didn't know the details of the unit, he told us it was between 750-80 sq feet. after further investigation and find the design plans we found out it was actually 680 sq ft. He was also entirely impossible to get in touch with, and when we did he was entirely useless with the info he gave us. His e-mail reply's were unprofessional. I could go on with how much we both had such a bad experience with him. For your own sake, please never use him as your realtor.

I have purchased 4 prior homes and every agent was great. Glen Harvey no only had attitude, he was unresponsive and late for meetings always! Never will I deal with him nor his employer (Remax) after not hearing back about my concerns.
