He asked me "have you ever met a millionaire?" When I gave him a funny look he tells me "well, now you have." We couldn't handle his arrogance and chose to use another realtor.

Does not understand what the client wants, seemed to be more interested in pushing the houses that he wanted us to look at not what we wanted. After settling on a house he was impossible to get a hold of to square away problems. Seems very charismatic up front but it is an act. Very smarmy.

I fired him for telling every agent showing the place and potential buyer my minimum price before they even walked through the door. DON'T USE HIM!!!

He's a scam artist! Glenn Kirkland was the listing agent for a house he wanted to show me. He said he'd get me a good deal because he knew the sellers lowest price. That wasn't the case. Now I'm stuck in a house that two other realtors told me I overpaid for. If I sold today I'd be at a loss.

We were very unhappy with Glen as a realtor. He seemed more concerned about the commission he was earning than finding us the right house. This was even more apparent when he offered us money to put towards our down payment "so we could buy a better (more expensive) house", which ultimately we could not afford to maintain.

Untrustworthy
