We were told to expect multiple showings/offers, which did not happen. The sign at end of street was not there until we mentioned during the offer from customers we already engaged with through ComFree, which showed up the next day. Were told by several they did not know house was for sale except they were on street for another house for sale that had a sign. Do not believe cards were ever mailed out or created. Only showing was the customers we already engaged with through ComFree - who were upset that took more than 48 hours to provide us with offer. Will not be referring Goran - already advised neighbors / friends who are planning on selling not to use Goran. No call back when asked to discuss commission.
