I'm writing this review as the owner of this esteemed establishment, and I'm giving myself permission to share the most bizarre, unsettling, and downright terrifying experience I've ever had the misfortune of encountering – all thanks to the "stellar" services of Gurpinder Gaheer. Where do I even begin? This guy is like a bad acid trip – a never-ending nightmare that you can't wake up from. I thought I was getting a reliable and trustworthy Real Estate Broker & Mortgage Agent Level 2, but what I got was a deranged, unhinged, and certifiably insane individual who's one step away from being committed to a psychiatric institution... or a maximum-security prison. Gurpinder Gaheer is like a ticking time bomb waiting to unleash a maelstrom of chaos upon your life. And I'm not being dramatic – this guy actually threatened to KILL MY MOTHER and BURN MY HOUSE DOWN. Yes, you read that right – those are direct quotes from the man himself. I called Mr. Gaheer when I wanted to sell my house. He came over to take some pictures and immediately I noticed a terrible smell coming from him. It was like a heady mixture of curry paste and body odour. Whilst he was taking pictures we caught him going through my wife's panty drawer. His wife then arrived at the property. If I had to guess I'd say she weigh at least 400lb and her butt got stuck in my front door causing significant damage. Later I found her digging through my garbage eating leftovers. I asked them both to leave but later that night I found them both asleep in my back yard. I had to call the police to have them both removed. Since then they have been emailing me 20 times per day begging to let them sell my house and asking if they can use my garbage can again. These people are seriously messed up please avoid them! - Adam Smith
