This has been The Best Experience in my entire life! I am a kind of person who likes to ask questions before starting a service just to understand what the other party has to offer. I wanted to sell my home and talked to 4 realtors including Gurpreet from Savemax. Gurpreet came to our home on time for appointment to explain his services. He was thorough and precise in setting the expectations on what exactly they will do. They say First impression is the Last impression. I loved Gurpreet’s positive energy and passion to help us. There I had decided to hire him. One of my family friend is also a realtor with another big name real state company, he came 3 hours late for appointment without even giving heads up that he is running late and he did not had any plan or positive energy to start with. He has a Dream Team. Our home was sold $91000 over asking in 6 days in a slow market where there is huge inventory and very few sellers. Whatever expectations he had set in first meeting, he fulfilled them. I have never ever in my life got such an Exceptional Service where someone did what they promised. But Gurpreet did that. I will say talk to everyone you want to, however before deciding talk to him once and see what he has to offer.
