I just recently moved to Kitchener and didn’t know much about the place. Hailey helped me greatly by showing me many different rental options. She was responsive to my inquires and also willing to help with my various requirements. She helped facilitate conversations and requests with the landlord’s agent. She was also willing to show me places on the weekend and shuffle her schedule around to help with my moving schedule (I was traveling between Vancouver and Ontario to explore more of Canada). At one point, the landlord’s agent was asking for payments through void cheques and I didn’t like it due to the inconvenience of it. Hailey was able to negotiate the payment method to be through Interac instead, which is much more convenient.
