This agent did not have our best interests at heart.   She pushed us to "sell low"; but when the time came to make offers she advised offering "asking price" or close to it.  She was very stingy with her time; she received $14 000 for helping sell our house( I will not say "earned") ... she probably took $1000/hour !         She did not have any idea that we were at the front end of a sales boom when we sold.  We sold our place, then found ourselves in a sellers market on the "buy" end.       She also tried to tell me which houses were worth visiting.  I reviewed properties online, wanted to look in person, and she had the nerve to tell me I should not look at the property. (Especially since I always tried to book viewings close together! ... 5 min. drives)      Finally, she let us make an offer on a place that, after a second visit with someone else, had serious foundation issues.  Avoid this realtor. - Wesley B Deptuch
