She went above and beyond to make sure that the first time buying experience went smoothly and without any hidden or unexpected challenges, and even had trade references and a binder of qualified third party trades people and support staff to call on for inspections and estimates on any potential issues. In my case there were some possible foundation problems and thanks to a home inspectoin contact we were able to determine that instead of being a deal breaker (who wants a house with a cracked foundation wall??) they could be repaired under the original home builder's warranty program at no cost!
