Do not trust the fake positive reviews! This agent Henry Ye does not have your best interest in mind. You're just a number to increase his stats! He'll lower your properties prices and pretend its the right price on the market just to close the sale. Sale in the area was higher few weeks after. He doesn't know Quebec real estate.
