It was a pleasure to work with Jack. He was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and very friendly, without any smarmy or "hard sell" attitude. He was always easily reachable and made himself available to answer questions and actively push the process forward, even under adverse conditions. His background in construction was valuable in assessing whether a property could serve our specific needs. He saved us from potentially ending up with a very costly problem in the form of a leaking underground oil tank on the first property we were interested in. He recommended competent people for inspections and legal prep, and organized everything so well that us living out of town and being constrained in our ability to travel wasn't a problem.
