Jagdeep really took out his time to understand my needs and found perfect place for me. I have worked with him multiple times and especially in the last years difficult market. He always took full responsibility of his work and is a man of his word. He was always there for us in each and every single step of the way. He helped us enter the market when we thought we weren’t ready and explained all the tricks and tips. If it wasn’t for him me and my family wouldn’t be where we are today. In my recent property that Jagdeep helped us get he also helped with the construction of the basement. After closing the home he took care of all the renovations and legal duties that where needed for it. We had relocated from BC to T.O and was looking for purchasing a house in Brampton Area had met couple different realtors for a great new home and we met him through his office. He is extremely courteous and helpful person and from professional view point. We always had the sense that he was giving our search his undivided attention. Showed us several properties in various locations relevant to our budget, he is very genuine but most of all efficient and always felt he took the time with us until we found exactly what we were looking for.
