Absolutely amazing experience! ❤️ We first connected with our realtor in 2025 over the phone when my husband and I started looking for our first home. Due to some personal circumstances, we had to pause our home search, and she was incredibly understanding and never made us feel pressured. When we were finally ready to start looking again in 2026, she was there for us once again with the same patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. We spent so many weekends (and plenty of weekdays!) together looking at homes, and we can honestly say we saw all the options that could have been out there for us. She was always willing to take us to another viewing, answer our endless questions, and help us understand what we were looking at. During every viewing, she would point out things we probably would have never noticed on our own, which was especially reassuring as first-time homebuyers. What we appreciated most was that she never pressured us — not to increase or decrease our budget, not to choose a particular location, and not to settle for something that didn't feel right for us. She always listened to our wants and needs and let us make the decisions while providing her knowledge and honest advice along the way. She truly knows her stuff and has so many great contacts, which made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. She was also always incredibly prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question or needed something. And after all those weekends, all those viewings, and all the houses we saw together, we actually ended up with something we never thought we would: a townhouse instead of a condo, in the perfect location for us in Coquitlam! 🏡 It honestly exceeded what we had originally imagined for our first home, and we’re so happy with how everything worked out. As first-time homebuyers, having someone with her knowledge, experience, patience, and connections made such a huge difference. We’re definitely going to miss seeing her so often now that our home search is over! 🥹 And a very special thank you for the beautiful gift basket for our little twins who will be joining our lives soon. 💕 That was such a thoughtful and meaningful surprise.
