TERRIBLE!! Don't allow this realtor in your home! She doesn't set alarms nor follow showing instructions lights etc. Not responsible at all, she doesn't care about securing your belongings or treating your home like her own. Janet Lee came into my home to show it June 15th and when she left didn't set my alarm (i got thousands of dollars of tools collectables and equipment extending past the 50k range in my basement! as well my little pet almost died because she shut the lights off on them and thet fell in their cage due to lack of light, and left my blinds wide open and left my alarm un-set! I wouldn't Let this person into my home EVER again! She is not responsible enough. If you dont want anyone walking in and taking everything you own. - Chris Otsig

I feel people should know details about how agents treat interested parties... I was very interested in a property that she is listing. So interested I went out and got pre approved for a mortgage. I don't have an agent so called her to inquire about it (at 215pm, a normal time of day), hoping to set up a showing for later. She immediately said after I mentioned the house (and nothing else)... "the price is going up by $10 000". She didn't try and sell me the home at all. Didn't say why the price is going up in a market where everything is going down for a house that's been sitting unsold for months. Didn't offer to show me the home. Didn't ask anything about my interest in the home. Was rude and awkwardly silent until I said "ok... bye" and hung up. Disappointing and a real turn off for potential home buyer. So... if you are trying to sell your home with her just know when an interested party, intent on buying your home, calls to ask about it... that's how she treats them. - buyersmarket

Great agent, never tried to push us into anything. The only issue we had was with the seller not giving tenants notice to leave, but Janet and the other agent took care of it.

Good to deal with but sucked when dealing with after purchase support for things that were not done according to contract (property cleaned, cosmetic work not completed).
